What this notice covers

This notice applies when you visit the Ledig Derivatives website, connect a wallet, use the Base Sepolia testnet, contact the team, or complete institutional onboarding. The testnet is experimental, uses assets with no monetary value, and may change as the protocol is tested. This notice was last updated on 17 August 2026.

Information we collect

We may collect your wallet address, public blockchain activity, network and transaction details, device and browser information, IP address, application logs, support messages, and records of your acceptance of testnet terms. For institutional onboarding, we may also collect business information, contact details, ownership and control records, identity documents, source-of-funds information, sanctions and compliance screening results, and other information needed to assess eligibility. Please do not send private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use and share information

We use information to operate and secure the interface, confirm network and wallet activity, support users, manage institutional eligibility, meet legal and compliance obligations, investigate misuse, improve the product, and keep records of important decisions. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, wallet connectivity, blockchain infrastructure, analytics, security, onboarding, screening, professional advice, and legal compliance. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users, Ledig, or the protocol. We do not sell personal information.

Public blockchain data

Transactions submitted to Base are public and may be permanently visible. Ledig cannot delete, reverse, or make private data that has been written to a public blockchain. Wallet addresses may also become linked to other information when you provide them during onboarding or support.

Retention, security and your rights

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legal, compliance, security, dispute, and record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet or blockchain system is risk-free. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, restriction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information. Requests can be made through the official Ledig support or onboarding channel you used to contact us. Blockchain records and some legally required records may not be removable.
